Why a handbook and codes of conduct?
Our folklorico group is built upon a foundation of discipline, respect, and teamwork. Every member, including parents, are expected to uphold the standards we have established for the benefit and growth of the entire group. The purpose of the handbook & codes of conduct are to create an environment of safety, discipline, respect, integrity and personal development for all participants. Any dancer (and/or parent) participating in a class with our group, agree to the handbook and code of conducts and will work together as a team to ensure that these standards within our group are held.
