Cancellation Policy

Tuition & Payment Policy Tuition for regular semester classes is due on the 1st of each month. Specialty classes, camps, workshops, clinics, master classes, and special events fees must be paid in full at registration, unless otherwise stated. A $10 late fee applies to AutoPay tuition payments received after the 5th of the month. All tuition and fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable. No refunds, credits, makeups, or prorated tuition will be given for missed classes. Ballet Folklorico DFW reserves the right to cancel, combine, reschedule, or modify classes due to instructor emergencies, performances, weather, low enrollment, or other operational needs. Makeup classes for studio cancellations may be offered when reasonably possible. Withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to balletfolkloricodfw@gmail.com. Verbal conversations, text messages, and social media messages will not be accepted. Written withdrawal notice must be received at least 72 hours before the next tuition payment or the start of a specialty class, camp, workshop, clinic, master class, or special event. Requests received within the 72-hour window will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund. Any outstanding tuition, fees, costume and accessory charges, replacement costs, cleaning fees, or other balances are due within 72 hours of the withdrawal request. Ballet Folklorico DFW reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any unpaid balances or unreturned studio property until the account is paid in full and all studio property has been returned.
