Service Description
This fun and engaging class introduces young dancers to the foundations of ballet and jazz while building confidence, coordination, and creativity. Dancers will learn basic ballet positions, posture, balance, flexibility, and classroom etiquette, while also exploring age-appropriate jazz movements, rhythm, and musicality. Through structured exercises, games, and choreography, students develop strength, technique, and performance skills in a positive and encouraging environment. Skills Developed: Ballet fundamentals and terminology Coordination and body awareness Flexibility and balance Musicality and rhythm Confidence and stage presence Class is for ages children 3-4. Child must be age 3-4 to enroll. *If your child will turn 3 AFTER the course begins, please contact the director for enrollment approval by emailing her at balletfolkloricodfw@gmail.com* Class meets every Wednesday from 4:30-5:00pm. Class begins August 19, 2026 - June 5, 2027. Tuition is paid in 10 monthly installments. 1st payment is due at registration and the rest are paid on the 1st of each month Sept-May. No pro-rates or credit for missed classes. Tuition price is the same regardless of the amount of classes in the month Important dates: December 1, 2026 - Winter Performance at Lewisville Grand Theatre. June 4-5, 2027 Dress Rehearsal & Annual Recital at Lewisville Grand Theatre. Studio Breaks (No Class): Oct 10th-16th (Fall Break) Nov 23-27th (Thanksgiving Break) December 16th-December 30th (Christmas Break) Feb 22-March 15 (Competition & Spring Break) May 23-29 (Memorial Day Week)

Cancellation Policy
Tuition & Payment Policy Tuition for regular semester classes is due on the 1st of each month. Specialty classes, camps, workshops, clinics, master classes, and special events fees must be paid in full at registration, unless otherwise stated. A $10 late fee applies to AutoPay tuition payments received after the 5th of the month. All tuition and fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable. No refunds, credits, makeups, or prorated tuition will be given for missed classes. Ballet Folklorico DFW reserves the right to cancel, combine, reschedule, or modify classes due to instructor emergencies, performances, weather, low enrollment, or other operational needs. Makeup classes for studio cancellations may be offered when reasonably possible. Withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to balletfolkloricodfw@gmail.com. Verbal conversations, text messages, and social media messages will not be accepted. Written withdrawal notice must be received at least 72 hours before the next tuition payment or the start of a specialty class, camp, workshop, clinic, master class, or special event. Requests received within the 72-hour window will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund. Any outstanding tuition, fees, costume and accessory charges, replacement costs, cleaning fees, or other balances are due within 72 hours of the withdrawal request. Ballet Folklorico DFW reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any unpaid balances or unreturned studio property until the account is paid in full and all studio property has been returned.
